Detox Plan

This seven day eating plan can be used frequently. If correctly used, it will clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before. After only seven days of the process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds (results vary). You will have an abundance of energy. Continue on this plan as long as you like, but take periodic breaks between weeks.

This diet is fast fat burner, and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush out the impurities in your system.

NO DRINKING ALCOHOL ON THIS DIET.

Because everyone has a different digestive system, this diet will affect everyone differently. After being on this diet for 7 days, you will find that your bowel moments may have changed. If so, eat a cup of bran with fiber. The basic fat burning soup can be eaten any time you feel hungry. Eat as much as you want. Remember, the more you eat the soup, the more you will lose. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of the beef steak (absolutely no skin on the chicken.) Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet.

NO NO NO bread, carbonated beverages including soft drinks of any kind. No fried foods.

YES YES YES drink plenty of water (6-8 glasses) along with any combination of the following:

  • Black coffee
  • Unsweetened tea
  • Unsweetened fruit juices
  • Cranberry juices
  • Skim milk

Soup Recipe

  • 2 large cans crushed tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers (chopped)
  • 2 lbs. carrots (chopped)
  • 1 pkg. Knorr’s Dry Vegetable Soup (no noodles)
  • 1-10 oz. can beef broth
  • 2 cans whole uncut green beans
  • 8 green onions or regular onions (chopped)
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 jar salsa (optional)
  • 1 can jalapeno peppers (optional)
Season (unless you add salsa and jalapenos) with curry, sale pepper, parsley, bouillon or hot sauce. Cut veggies in small pieces, cover with water, boil 4 minutes. Reduce to simmer until veggies lightly tender, not too soft. Add all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes or so.

This soup can be eaten at any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, when you want. This soup does not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose. Fill thermos if you will be gone during the day.

Drinks

  • Unsweetened fruit juices or tea
  • Black coffee
  • Cranberry juice
  • Water (lots of water)

DAY 1
Eat only fruit (except bananas). Cantalopes and watermelon are the lowest in calories. Eat soup and fruit today.

DAY 2
All veggies. Eat until you are stuffed with fresh, raw or canned veggies (uncooked). Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from beans, peas, and corn. Eat veggies along with the soup. At dinner tonight reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter.

Do not eat any fruit today.

DAY 3
Eat all the soup, veggies, and fruit you want. No baked potato today. If you have eaten as above for three days and not cheated, you should have lost about 6 pounds or so.

DAY 4
Bananas and skim milk. Eat at least three bananas and drink as much skim milk as you can today along with soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbs as is milk. But you need the potassium from the carbs today.

DAY 5
Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 tomatoes today. Eat the soup at least once today.

DAY 6
Beef and veggies. Eat to your hearts content with beef and veggies today. You can even have green leafy veggies. No baked potato today. Be sure to eat the soup at least once.

DAY 7
Brown rice, unsweetened juice and veggies. No potato. Again, be sure to eat soup.

By the end of the day, if you have not cheated on this diet, you should have lost 10-17 pounds. If you have lost more than 15 pounds, stay off the diet for a few days before beginning on Day 1 again.
