Lifestyle >> This seven day eating plan can be used frequently. If correctly used, it will clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before. After only seven days of the process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds (results vary). You will have an abundance of energy. Continue on this plan as long as you like, but take periodic breaks between weeks. This diet is fast fat burner, and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush out the impurities in your system. NO DRINKING ALCOHOL ON THIS DIET. Because everyone has a different digestive system, this diet will affect everyone differently. After being on this diet for 7 days, you will find that your bowel moments may have changed. If so, eat a cup of bran with fiber. The basic fat burning soup can be eaten any time you feel hungry. Eat as much as you want. Remember, the more you eat the soup, the more you will lose. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of the beef steak (absolutely no skin on the chicken.) Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet. NO NO NO bread, carbonated beverages including soft drinks of any kind. No fried foods. This soup can be eaten at any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, when you want. This soup does not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose. Fill thermos if you will be gone during the day. Drinks
Eat only fruit (except bananas). Cantalopes and watermelon are the lowest in calories. Eat soup and fruit today.
